If in doubt, due to medical condition, you should seek external advice before purchasing the item, please do so. Hushworx is not liable and not responsible for any harm, damages as a result of the use of the product. Buyers are responsible for their own purchase.

EXCHANGES

We reserve to right to refund only the product cost only not including the delivery charge, as already paid to our third party courier service.

Exchanges are acceptable within 48 hours days of payment, exchanges are accepted only for waist trainers, if waist trainers are too big or too small.

Shipping charges for exchanges are paid by the buyer.

When returning a product for an exchange, it is advised that the buyer returns the products by recorded delivery to be able to track the product. If the product gets lost during transit, when the customer returns the item, we are not responsible for any loss

We will exchange waist trainers that are undamaged, unused and unworn, and in their original packaging, undamaged.

Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products to us, Hushworx will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommended that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damage in transit, we reserved the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.

All items on half price or discounts are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to refund the following products: undergarments shaperwear, butt lifters, lingerie.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS, FURTHER DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE LOCAL TRADING STANDARD DEPARTMENT OR CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU.
